What Poker Studio is
Poker Studio is a study and analysis tool for poker in the browser. You import your hands, replay them, write down your thoughts on every street and see your stats over exactly the filter you set. On top come preflop ranges with a trainer, an equity calculator, a journal and flashcards – all under one account.
Poker Studio is built for the work between sessions, not for use while playing. It is an independent project and not affiliated with any poker provider.
Why I build it
I play myself, and I wanted to replay, count, comment on and train my hands in one place instead of switching between several programs. That is how Poker Studio started.
So far it has grown behind closed doors. In the closed beta I open it to a small group of players who tell me honestly what helps and what does not.
How your hand data is handled
What you store in Poker Studio – hand histories, notes and thoughts on hands, ranges, trainer results and settings – is kept on my server at Hetzner in Germany. The connection to it runs encrypted through Cloudflare.
I keep this data until your account is deleted; on request I delete your account with all app data. I do not sell data and use no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.
I process the screen names of your opponents only so that you can analyse your own hands, and I do not combine them into profiles. When you share a hand, every player name is replaced by the position at the table and yours by “Hero”; you can delete the link at any time.
